1. Scope and acceptance
These terms apply when a customer searches, books, or pays for travel services through Hybooking. By submitting a booking, the customer confirms that the information supplied is accurate and accepts these terms and the selected vendor's operational rules.
2. Marketplace and vendor roles
Hybooking provides the online catalog, checkout, payment record, booking status, and travel-document access. Transportation is operated by the vendor named in the booking. Schedule operation, vessel, check-in, luggage handling, and on-site service remain the vendor's responsibility.
3. Prices and payment
The total shown before payment covers the selected service and passenger quantities. A payment is successful only after verification from the payment provider. Bank, card, or wallet processing times may vary.
4. Availability and confirmation
Displayed availability may require rechecking. Paid does not automatically mean vendor confirmed. Hybooking displays vendor confirmation as a separate status and will provide the confirmation number or ticket when available.
5. Customer responsibilities
- Provide correct contact, passenger, nationality, date-of-birth, and identity-document information.
- Review route, date, time, passenger count, and vendor before payment.
- Arrive at the departure point at least one hour before departure unless the vendor states otherwise.
- Comply with safety, check-in, immigration, and baggage requirements.
6. Changes, cancellation, and refunds
Changes and refunds follow the Cancellation and Refund Policy and any stricter fare rule shown for the selected product.
7. Contact
Questions may be submitted through the contact details listed on the Contact Us page.
