End-to-end transaction flow
- Search. The customer selects route, travel date, and passenger quantities.
- Select. Hybooking displays available services, vendor, schedule, and total passenger price.
- Traveler details. The customer enters contact and passenger identity information required for the trip.
- Review. The customer checks itinerary, traveler details, price, and booking terms before payment.
- Payment. Payment is processed through the payment method configured by Hybooking. A booking is marked paid only after provider verification.
- Vendor confirmation. Hybooking manually verifies the reservation with the travel vendor. Payment status and vendor confirmation are shown separately.
- Document delivery. The customer downloads the invoice and, once available, the vendor ticket or voucher through Check Booking.
- Travel. The customer follows the stated check-in time and presents the required travel document to the vendor.
Delivery evidence
Customers search a route, submit traveler details, complete payment, and receive their booking status, invoice, and available travel documents through Check Booking.
Booking status, payment records, invoice, vendor confirmation number, and uploaded travel documents form the transaction and service-delivery record.
