Information we collect
We collect booking contact information, passenger names, dates of birth, nationality, identity or passport numbers, itinerary selections, transaction references, payment status, device and request logs, and customer-support correspondence.
How we use information
- Create, verify, and manage reservations.
- Process and reconcile payments through payment providers.
- Share required traveler and itinerary details with the selected travel vendor.
- Issue invoices, confirmation records, and travel documents.
- Prevent fraud, investigate disputes, comply with law, and improve service reliability.
Payment data
Payment credentials are entered on or processed by the appointed payment provider. Hybooking stores transaction references, amounts, status, and provider responses needed to reconcile the booking, but does not intentionally store complete card numbers or card security codes.
Sharing and retention
Information is shared only with service vendors, payment providers, infrastructure providers, professional advisers, or authorities when needed for the purposes above. Records are retained for as long as reasonably necessary for service delivery, accounting, dispute handling, fraud prevention, and legal obligations.
Security and customer rights
We apply access controls and signed document links to reduce unauthorized access. Customers may request access, correction, or deletion where applicable by contacting Hybooking. Some records may need to be retained when required by law or for unresolved transactions.
