Before payment
A booking that has not been paid may be abandoned without charge. Unpaid reservations can expire automatically.
After payment
Boat reservations are generally non-cancellable and non-refundable after payment because seats are reserved for a specific vendor, route, and date. Any stricter fare rule displayed during booking also applies.
Schedule changes
A request to change date, departure time, route, passenger, or pickup point is subject to vendor approval, seat availability, price difference, and possible administration fees. Submit the request as early as possible using the official contact details.
Vendor cancellation or service disruption
If the vendor cancels the service or cannot provide the booked journey, Hybooking will coordinate the available remedy, which may be rescheduling, an alternative service, account credit, or a refund. The remedy depends on the vendor response and applicable law.
Duplicate or incorrect payment
Verified duplicate collection or an amount collected incorrectly by Hybooking may be refunded to the original payment channel after reconciliation. Payment-provider processing time is outside Hybooking's direct control.
How to submit a request
Contact Hybooking with the Booking Code or Order ID, booking email, reason, and supporting evidence. Do not send complete card credentials. We will acknowledge the request and communicate the review result through the registered contact channel.
