Important Information for Booking a School Visit Please read this information before proceeding with the booking process : Visit Days: Regular visits are available every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Each visit lasts approximately 1 hour. School Calendar: To avoid confusion about tour times, please check our school calendar before booking to confirm whether the school is on holiday or following regular hours. Visit the following link: bit.ly/GSCalendar24-25 (copy and paste this link into your browser). Tour Times: On normal school days, tours begin at 3:30 PM. During school holidays, tours start at 10:30 AM. Group Size: Each visit accommodates a maximum of 35 participants. Group sizes are limited to 10 people per guide. Contribution: The contribution for a Regular Visit is 195,000 IDR per adult. Children under 10 years old are complimentary. All proceeds from the visit program directly support our young changemakers and their projects. No refund applies for any cancellation. Data Usage: The information you provide during booking will be used internally for our Admissions, Marketing, and Communications purposes.
